Description of accommodation Villa Augustine:

 

• A self-catered winter and summer holiday villa for 12 with a maximum of 14 friends or family sharing this ideal mountain accommodation next to the Reiterkogel lift station.
• Villa augustine is newly built to a high standard and opened in December 2009.
• This mountain villa is the next option when an apartment is not big enough.

 

The villa offers you in total six bedrooms. These consist of five double rooms plus one connecting room with a bunk bed, perfect as a family room. The five double bedrooms have their own WC and shower with heated towel rails and under floor heating. All the bedrooms have the facility of LCD television and unlimited WIFI internet connection.

All bedrooms are fitted with oak flooring and doors. The ski villa has floor to ceiling windows for panoramic mountain views from your bedrooms.

 

On the ground floor you find an open modern fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room. In the large living area you will find comfortable sofas and a  glass fronted fire place for you as the Austrians say “gemütliche” evenings. For more entertainment you have a choice of an LCD television,  DVD player and as in the bedrooms unlimited high speed WIFI internet connection.

 

In the ski villa you also have a private sauna area for 5 Persons, with large walk in shower. Pour the aromatic oils over the stove and recuperate after your active skiing day on the pist. Here is also a small terrace to cool and refresh yourself .

The ground floor of the Villa has under floor heating for your comfort and the ski room has the luxury of heated ski boot rack in winter.

 

Luxury Villa Augustine is southwest facing overlooking Hinterglemm village and with panoramic views over the mountains of Saalbach Hinterglemm.
